The Villa Loma Subdivision is located in El Paso County, Colorado in the East Colorado Springs real estate area. Shopping is close to the Subdivision. A Safeway, Walgreens and Kohl's border the Subdivision to the east on the Powers Corridor. A McDonalds, Burger King, and Texas Roadhouse restaurant are also located to the east. There are many additional stores and restaurants located on the Powers Corridor to the east of the Villa Loma Subdivision.
There are three golf courses located to the east of the Villa Loma Subdivision. The Springs Ranch Golf Course, the Cherokee Ridge Golf Course, and World Golf & Sand Creek Golf. Other entertainment includes a large movie complex, the Sky Sox Stadium, and the VillaSport Athletic Club.
