In the East Colorado Springs real estate area is the Village Seven Subdivision. This City of Colorado Springs real estate area was established in the early 1970s. The Carefree Shopping Center is located on the west side of the Village Seven real estate area. The Shopping Center has a Safeway, cookie shop, flower shop, Subway, and many other small shops. Bordering Academy Boulevard, there is an endless option of restaurants close to the Subdivision.
