Fountain Valley Neighborhood Descriptions

Located south of the Pheasant Run Ranch in El Paso County is the newer, eye-catching Fountain Valley Ranch Subdivision (not to be confused with the City of Fountain). This southern real estate area was established in 1985-2002. Most of the homes for sale in this City of Colorado Springs real estate area were built in the mid 1980s to the late 1990s. Commuting
