Situated in El Paso County, Colorado in the Fountain Valley area is the chic Heritage Subdivision. Situated southeast of Colorado Springs real estate, this area was established in 1995-2005. The Nature Center has wildlife exhibits. The Park is located along Fountain Creek south of Widefield and north of the City of Fountain. Hanson Park is another City of Fountain park that is a nature park and has walking trails. Hanson Park is close to the Fountain Creek Regional Park.
The Fountain Valley YMCA is located in Fountain, Colorado. The Widefield Community Center is located in the Widefield Subdivision of the City of Colorado Springs. At the Fountain-Fort Carson High School is the Fountain-Fort Carson School District 8 Sports/Pool Complex.
A twenty minute drive north will bring you to the City of Colorado Springs and the Powers Corridor. The Corridor has multiple shopping, restaurant and entertainment venues available. In addition, west is the Highway 85/87 stretch. This stretch of highway has shopping, movie rentals, and dining experiences along Highway 85/87.
