Bent Tree, Arrowwood, Timberview

In between the Woodmoor Subdivision and the Kings Deer Subdivision, in the northern part of El Paso County, are the Bent Tree, Arrowwood, and Timberview Subdivisions. Located to the north of the Colorado Springs real estate area, these subdivisions offer homes for sale in a prestigious region of the Monument real estate area. The Arrowwood Subdivision is the oldest subdivision established in 1958-1962. The Arrowwood neighborhood does have some newer homes from the 1970s-mid 2000s as well. The Town of Monument is close by and offers a bus stop for the The Front Range Express (FREX) at the Monument Park and Ride. Interstate 25 is a few miles away, and is convenient to access.

The Woodmoor Pines Country Club and Golf Course, and the Kings Deer Golf Club and Golf Course are in close proximity to these subdivisions. One golf course (Woodmoor Pines) is located a short distance to the west and one golf course (Kings Deer) is located a short distance to the east.

These areas are truly rural, wide open spaces surrounded by an abundance of trails and wildlife. Although they are rural, there are plenty of indoor and outdoor recreational activities close by. Shopping, dining, and banking are also close near the Jackson Creek Subdivision to the south.
