    Erindale Neighborhood Descriptions

    Nestled away from view in the bluffs and in the valley in El Paso County, Colorado is the spectacular Erindale Subdivision.     Commuting

    Bordering Academy Boulevard, the Erindale Subdivision is an excellent choice for your Colorado Springs Military Relocation plans. The United States Air Force Academy real estate area is an approximate 12 minute drive or 7.46 miles. The Peterson Air Force Base real estate area is about a 20 minute commute as well as the Fort Carson real estate area. With easy access to Interstate 25 from North Academy Boulevard, commuting to places like Monument, Castle Rock, or Denver is possible.

    Recreation

    Shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and recreation surround the Erindale real estate area. The Chapel Hills Mall is located off of North Academy Boulevard and is an approximate 10 minute drive from the Subdivision. The Mall offers over 155 stores for your shopping needs. The Carmike Chapel Hills 15 movie theater is located at the Mall.

    North Academy Boulevard is the site of many stores and restaurants. This is in addition to the Chapel Hills Mall. Stores like Home Depot, Sam's Club, Office Depot, Michaels, Sports Authority, and many more stores are located off of Academy Boulevard. Restaurants include: Noodles & Company, Mimi's, Chipotle, Burger King, McDonalds, and many more.

    Also located off of Academy Boulevard, are 24 Hour Fitness (north) and Bally's (to the south). The Montebello YMCA is located south on Academy Boulevard, an approximate 10 minute drive. Outdoor recreation is close with the trails located behind the Subdivision in the City's designated open space area. The Erindale City Park, a 6.6 acre park, is located in the Subdivision. The Park has a multi-play court, picnic area, playground, and a trail/sidewalk path.

    With Woodmen Road close to the Subdivision, east/west access is also quick. Woodmen Road is a main east/west thoroughfare through the City of Colorado Springs. Woodmen Road intersects I-25 to the west and the Powers Corridor to the east.
