Far above the City of Colorado Springs real estate area, on a cliff overlooking the city, is the Pineclliff Subdivision. This beautiful Rockrimmon real estate neighborhood offers single family living, as well as spectacular townhomes, and condominimums for sale.

At the highest part of the numerous trails you can view the Front Range and the City of Colorado Springs. This natural park is filled with wildflowers and grasses. The proposed North Douglas Creek Trail is also located to the west of the subdivision.
The Ute Valley Park Trail is located on the border of the subdivision to the north. The trail is 7.65 miles long and is a natural surface.
To the east is Interstate 25. Interstate 25 runs north and south through the City of Colorado Springs real estate area.
The south border of the Pinecliff real estate area along at the bottom of the Pinecliff area is a business area.
Commuting
The USAF Academy is located approximately 14 minutes, or 7.13 miles from the Pinecliff real estate area and has several homes for sale near the Air Force Academy. With the Garden of the Gods bordering the south side of the Pinecliff Subdivision, there is easy east/west access as well. Pinecliff is close enough to be considered a part of Peterson AFB real estate, with Peterson AFB an approximate 28 minute commute, or 16.88 minutes. The Fort Carson main gate is 13.4 miles or 18 minutes south, also making this an option for Fort Carson real estate and a Colorado Springs military relocation.
Recreation
Pinecliff Park is located in the Pinecliff Subdivision. It is 2.7 acres in area. The park offers a basketball court, baseball field, playground, picnic area, picnic shelter, and sidewalk/walking area. The park is handicapped accessible.
Garden of the Gods Road to the west takes you to the Garden of the Gods. This beautiful rock formation is a natural park open to the public. It offers hiking, biking, horseback riding, and rock climbing. It is open all year around. Also along the Garden of the Gods Road are restaurants and grocery shopping.
Old Colorado City is not far from the Subdivision. This historical site offers shopping with unique stores. More shopping is available along Austin Bluffs Parkway.
