    Monument Neighborhood Descriptions

    Bent Tree, Arrowwood, Timberview

    In between the Woodmoor Subdivision and the Kings Deer Subdivision, in the northern part of El Paso County, are the Bent Tree, Arrowwood, and Timberview Subdivisions. Located to the north of the Colorado Springs real estate area, these subdivisions offer homes for sale in a prestigious region of the Monument real estate area. The Arrowwood Subdivision is the oldest subdivision established in 1958-1962. The Arrowwood neighborhood does have some newer homes from the 1970s-mid 2000s as well.     Situated in the northern portion of El Paso County are the Fox Run, Canterbury, and Cherry Creek Crossing Subdivisions.     Monument
