HealthGrades Inc. named Penrose-St. Francis to its prestigious “America’s 50 Best Hospitals” list for 2008, and Penrose-St. Francis was actually the only hospital in Colorado named to that list. HealthGrades is a respected Golden, Colo.-based company that provides objective annual ratings of all hospitals in the United States. And the hospital was also selected in both 2006 and 2007 to the “America’s Best Hospitals” list as compiled by U.S. News and World Report.“These are significant awards related to consistent quality, and they recognize the full spectrum of services we offer,” says Jeff Oram-Smith, chief medical officer for Penrose-St. Francis Health Services. ”We are proud of the medical expertise we have available to serve southern Colorado.”
There are many reasons to live in Colorado Springs. But perhaps one of the best is our award winning health care facilities. It’s great to know that we are being cared for by nationally recognized facilities. Penrose has facilities throughout the Colorado Springs Real Estate area.
