The Briargate Real Estate area offers a unique blend of upscale residential living with extensive trails and parks. The entire community comprises more than 9,600 acres and includes just about anything a person could look for in an upscale community, from clubhouses to an award winning golf course. Residents who choose to live in this neighborhood will also have easy access to schools, shopping, and two newly constructed full service hospitals. Located about ten minutes north of Colorado Springs just east of I-25 and the Air Force Academy, the Brairgate real estate area has easy access to several major transportation corridors. Most homes in this neighborhood enjoy spectacular views of the front range, simply because this area is located almost a thousand feet higher than the rest of Colorado Springs. The majority of the Briargate Real Estate area was developed by La Plata Communities and each neighborhood has its own distinct feel.
